Rig Tek Fishing Co. – Return & Refund Policy

Rig Tek Fishing Co. partners with trusted distributors who ship products directly to our customers. Because we do not handle, inspect, package, or ship any products ourselves, all warranty and return matters must be processed directly with the distributor.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns or Exchanges Through Rig Tek Fishing Co.

Rig Tek Fishing Co. does not accept returns or exchanges.
All products are shipped directly from the distributor, and any issues with the item must be resolved with them.


2. Warranty, Defective Items & Incorrect Shipments

Rig Tek Fishing Co. is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer warranty claims

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Missing components

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Product performance or quality issues

These matters must be handled directly with the distributor or manufacturer.
We will provide contact details or documentation upon request to help you open a claim with them.


3. Refunds

Because orders are fulfilled exclusively by the distributor:

  • Rig Tek Fishing Co. does not issue refunds.

  • Refunds, if applicable, must be requested directly from the distributor under their return/warranty policy.

We cannot override or influence distributor decisions regarding refunds or replacements.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order is automatically processed by the distributor and cannot be canceled through Rig Tek Fishing Co.


5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

All shipment-related issues must be directed to the distributor, including:

  • Delayed packages

  • Lost packages

  • Carrier errors

  • Tracking problems

We can assist by providing order information, but we are not responsible for resolutions.


6. How to Request Distributor Support
