You acknowledge that product availability, shipping timeframes, and packaging may differ from traditional retail fulfillment.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

  • All prices are displayed in US Currency unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or supplier constraints.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, supplier delays, or global logistics factors.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect addresses.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because of the nature of dropshipping and supplier policies:

  • Return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the product and the supplier’s rules.

  • Customers must contact us at rigtekfishing@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving an order to request a return or refund.

  • Items must typically be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet our policy criteria.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability
