Rig Tek Fishing Co. – Shipping Policy

Rig Tek Fishing Co. partners with third-party distributors who ship products directly to our customers. We do not stock, handle, or ship any products ourselves. All shipping timelines, methods, and carrier decisions are controlled by the distributor fulfilling the order.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to the appropriate distributor for fulfillment.

  • Processing times typically range from 1–5 business days, depending on the distributor.

  • During peak seasons or high demand, processing may take longer.

Rig Tek Fishing Co. does not control processing or packaging timelines.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on distributor location, carrier, and product availability.

Typical delivery ranges:

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary by region and distributor

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be longer or shorter based on the distributor’s fulfillment schedule and the carrier's performance.


3. Tracking Information

Once the distributor ships your order, you will receive a tracking number (when available).
Please note:

  • Some distributors may take 2–5 business days to activate tracking.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier, not Rig Tek Fishing Co.

If tracking shows no movement, it is often due to carrier delays or slow scanning.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and set by the distributor or carrier they use.
Rig Tek Fishing Co. does not mark up or control shipping costs.


5. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Because we do not manage shipping, Rig Tek Fishing Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Lost packages

  • Carrier errors

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Customs delays for international orders

All shipping-related issues must be handled directly with the distributor or carrier.

We can help you contact them but cannot resolve shipping-related disputes.


6. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on distributor stock and location.
This is normal for dropshipping fulfillment.


7. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced by Rig Tek Fishing Co.

If the distributor accepts a reship request, additional shipping fees may apply.
